Contract Sources, Ltd. Is a Boston based independent manufacturers representative organization. We are located in The Boston Design Center, New England's premier contract furniture showplace. Our 5200 square foot showroom showcases some of the most outstanding and innovative manufacturers of contract and home office furniture in the United States.

As an organization, we service all six New England states. We have representatives responsible for, or residing in each one. Our history in the New England market dates back to 1969. We have been successfully organized as Contract Sources, Ltd since 1991. As Contract sources, Ltd. We have established a reputation for being among our manufacturers top producers and our client's most reliable resource.

Our mission: To provide a level of service, knowledge and salesmanship, to our clients and manufacturers, that sets the standard in the marketplace. The service/sales focus of Contract Sources, Ltd. is equally shared between the designer, dealer and end user markets. We exhaust all efforts to assure that the manufacturers we represent are properly distributed, promoted and championed.

Contract Sources, Ltd. is an independent manufacturers' representative firm headquartered in Boston’s historic Financial District, along the iconic Rose Kennedy Greenway. Our 6,800 square foot showroom is a hub of inspiration—featuring best-in-class, forward-thinking commercial and home office furnishings from some of the most respected manufacturers in the country.

We proudly serve all six New England states, with dedicated team members living and working in each one. Our roots in the region date back to 1969, and since our formal founding in 1991, we’ve built a legacy of trust, innovation, and performance. We’re known not just for delivering results—but for raising the bar in service, support, and technology for the clients and manufacturers we represent.

Our in-house design and support team provides hands-on assistance—from tailored product recommendations and space planning to detailed renderings and immersive VR walkthroughs. Whether you're an interior designer, dealer, or end-user, we’re here to help bring your vision to life.
